Our client, a globally recognised brand are looking for an experienced Service Improvement Manager. You will be able to:

Communicate with senior business managers to advise, influence and determine strategic business needs.

Solve complex and diverse problems by continually re-evaluating new and/or conflicting factors.

Works closely with the Service Desk, Technical and Application teams to identify and deliver service improvements
-
Deliver operational improvements across the Internal IS team and relevant 3rd party suppliers
-
Support team development opportunities
-
Report and provide input to define SLA's and ensure this is accurate and consistent across all areas of Service Delivery
-
Support plans for emergency preparedness and provide recommendations in this area
-
Identify trends in IS service performance and guide any appropriate root cause analysis studies.

Manage and prioritise Service Improvement actions with Service Delivery Manager, Team Leads and Key Stakeholders
Experience of ITIL processes, including the following:
-
Service Improvement Management
-
Problem Management
-
Service Level Management
-
Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation as a minimum
