Description

Our client, a globally recognised brand are looking for an experienced Service Improvement Manager.  You will be able to:

  • Communicate with senior business managers to advise, influence and determine strategic business needs.
  • Solve complex and diverse problems by continually re-evaluating new and/or conflicting factors.
  • Works closely with the Service Desk, Technical and Application teams to identify and deliver service improvements
  • Deliver operational improvements across the Internal IS team and relevant 3rd party suppliers
  • Support team development opportunities
  • Report and provide input to define SLA's and ensure this is accurate and consistent across all areas of Service Delivery
  • Support plans for emergency preparedness and provide recommendations in this area
  • Identify trends in IS service performance and guide any appropriate root cause analysis studies.
  • Manage and prioritise Service Improvement actions with Service Delivery Manager, Team Leads and Key Stakeholders

Experience of ITIL processes, including the following:

  • Service Improvement Management
  • Problem Management
  • Service Level Management
  • Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation as a minimum
