Our client based in central London is looking for an Interim Service Desk Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Service Management professional who is extremely customer focused with experience of effective IT to Business Communication, Team Leadership and fantastic Man Management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to improve incident management and will be familiar with major Service Desk tools. Experience of rolling out Service improvement initiatives would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate must be very customer focused and have experience of objective setting - KPI and SLA creation and excellent communication skills with a focus on quality of service.
Formal ITIL qualification would be an advantage. Experience of a Windows infrastructure is essential.
